Our Flagship Startup Program
∎ A STEM-driven, VC-backed Startup Program of 3 tracks: (i) Founder Training; (ii) Startup Incubation with seeding; and (iii) Venture Acceleration with growth-funding, mentoring and industry resources.
Aspiring-entrepreneurs graduate as skilled founders/CEOs of their own revenue-generating companies and teams, which they build to graduate with for follow-on funding by our VC sister-firms.
∎ An immersive program – training, funding and navigating founders through identifying and building a scalable venture from lab to market – not just learning, but actually building impactful companies as acquisition targets.
∎ A rigorous hands-on approach to E&ED – funding and talent-mentoring founders in venture validation, operation, and traction.

Schedule
Class meets 9am-4pm, 5 days a week. Venture teams work with assigned mentors and advisors, hear expert guest speakers, participate in focused workshops, and collaborate with peers.
Outside these daily in-person sessions, venture teams can call a toll-free helpline for consulting with their mentors, advisors and coaches from 4pm-8pm on weekdays; and 10am-4pm Saturdays. An online Class Forum is also set up for each cohort to participate in mentorship consultation.
Worksite & Facilities
We conduct our program at an auditorium-type hall in the Bay Area, centrally convenient for all participating founders, instructors and mentors; with latest audio-video lecturing, presentation and plug-and-work facilities.
Workspace is configured into startup-teams and cluster groups based on their industry and market inter-relations. This allows our entrepreneurs and instructors to work privately in a group setting, while maximizing teacher-student attention and group benefits. We have refined our E&ED Program over 20 years, working with serial entrepreneurs and the STEM venture community.
Our program is a demanding, industry-driven curriculum, crafted for broadening the interdisciplinary skillset of founders and accelerating their vision to market success.
